The University of Maryland and Nanjing Normal University of China are collaborating their efforts to offer a Master's degree in Criminal Justice.

The University of Maryland's Department of Criminology and Criminal Justice is a national and international leader in research and criminal justice education.  It is, by all published measures, the strongest in the United States and amongst the top globally.  Nanjing Normal University's Law School is a leading law school in China.

The Master's Degree program in Criminal Justice is the first of its kind in China.  The advanced program will include elements of each of the joint institutions and its progressive methods will represent the cooperative institutions favorably.
